Camastra is a city on Sicily in the
Province of Agrigento. It has 2221 citizens and spreads over a area of16 qkm.
In Camastra there are a large number of signs of colonies, which indicate a time period from the Greek to the Stone Age. The most findings lie on the mountain Castellazzo di Camastra with a mighty tower on its peak. Also a must-see is the Christian necropolis named Grotto of Miracles.
